Package & offer details.

Remote digital services for new founders and established businesses. Sending an enquiry does not form a contract or take payment. Your written proposal confirms the package, supplier details, deliverables, full costs, timing, payment and cancellation terms before you commit.

Introductory offer: first 20 new clients

The first 20 qualifying new clients receive setup prices 20% below our planned standard fees: Business Refresh £520 and Idea to Launch £556. The standard fees of £650 and £695 apply after the introductory allocation is filled. The prominent reference prices are the planned standard fees after the introductory offer, not a claim about previous sales prices. The same first-20 offer also includes three extra website pages at no extra setup charge: up to six pages in total for Business Refresh, or five for Idea to Launch.

The 20 places are shared across both packages, with one introductory package per new client or business. We confirm eligibility, remaining availability, account compatibility, written scope and an agreed start date before requesting payment. A place is allocated only after written scope is accepted, a start date is agreed and the package’s booking conditions are verified. For Idea to Launch, this includes receiving its 50% upfront payment. For Business Refresh, the booking and payment conditions agreed in the quote must be met, including any required upfront payment. An enquiry alone does not reserve a place. Individual services are quoted separately and do not use this package allocation.

The counter reflects confirmed bookings recorded by Autom8r and is checked every 30 seconds while the page is visible. Availability can change before your agreement; your written proposal confirms the applicable price. The discount and three-page bonus end when all 20 qualifying places are allocated. There is no calendar-based deadline or automatic reset. A cancelled allocation returns only when work has not started and all payments received have been fully refunded; a mistaken record may also be corrected. Completed projects continue to count.

Projects run in phases, beginning with two accepted pilot commitments across both packages. We review capacity before accepting more, and agree later start dates individually before payment. Twenty offer places do not mean twenty simultaneous starts. The discount applies to the defined setup service only, not third-party costs or additional work, and cannot be combined with another offer.

Business Refresh

For an existing business with approved content and a clear offer. The core package includes up to three mobile-friendly pages; qualifying first-20 clients receive three extra pages free, for up to six in total. Pages use a reusable layout for one location, with your supplied facts, branding and photos. A supplied menu PDF or up to 20 menu/service entries is included.

Introductory fee: £520. Standard fee after the offer: £650. Payment terms are agreed in each quote, including any upfront payment, milestones and due dates. Your completed proposal confirms the applicable fee and payment schedule.

Idea to Launch

For a new founder bringing one idea. Includes one 30-minute clarity session and a one-page launch brief covering your audience, first offer, proposed pricing, main customer action and assumptions to test. Brief preparation and revision are capped at one hour in total, including the session. The brief helps you define a starting point; it does not establish customer demand.

The core package includes two templated pages: Home/Offer and Contact/Next Step. Qualifying first-20 clients receive three extra pages free, for up to five pages in total. The package includes up to 700 words of draft launch copy in total, based on your approved facts; this allowance does not increase with the page bonus. You choose a working business name and approve the offer, pricing, contact details and content. Supply usable branding/photos or agree a simple text-based design. Name clearance, custom branding and product development are outside this package.

Introductory fee: £556, paid as £278 to start and £278 after approval, before launch. Standard fee after the offer: £695, paid as £347.50 / £347.50.

Included in both packages

• Clear contact details and links to existing ordering or booking; alternatively one simple enquiry form to one agreed destination, with tested owner notification.
• A personal Jarvis Assistant system in your own ChatGPT account: business profile and instructions, an organised reference area for your approved documents, and starter workflows for daily briefings, client follow-ups, document drafts and weekly planning. You supply the information and review outputs.
• One existing compatible business-tool connection through a supported plugin. We confirm the chosen tool, account requirements, permitted actions and subscriptions before you commit, then test the agreed connection and workflows with you. You operate Jarvis Assistant, review its output and approve any external action.
• A separate customer-facing website AI chatbot with one knowledge base of up to 20 approved FAQs, a fallback when information is missing and an enquiry handoff to the agreed form or contact route. The AI provider, usage limits and running costs are agreed before payment. The chatbot cannot access your private Jarvis Assistant files or tools.
• Starter admin workflows within your personal Jarvis Assistant setup, tailored to the documents and recurring tasks agreed in your proposal.
• One 30-day content calendar, eight draft captions and two editable visual templates for one primary social channel. You approve and publish the content.
• One consolidated revision round, a 30-minute handover and 14 days of fixes for implementation defects against the agreed checklist, starting at handover.
• Direct founder support, available 24 hours a day for the first 30 days after launch, at no extra setup charge. This applies to both full packages at introductory and standard pricing.

First-month founder support

The founder is on standby 24 hours a day for 30 consecutive days from your website’s agreed launch date. Support covers questions, guidance and troubleshooting for the agreed website, Jarvis Assistant and social materials. Your handover records the launch date and contact route. The separate 14-day implementation defect-fix period begins at handover. New features, extra revisions and ongoing done-for-you work remain separately quoted.

24 free Jarvis Assistant add-ons in both full packages

Both full packages include reusable ChatGPT workflows for the following tasks, set up within your personal Jarvis Assistant at no extra setup charge. You supply the information, run the workflows and review the results before using or sending them. This is not an unlimited done-for-you service, accounting service or a promise of autonomous actions. ChatGPT subscriptions and usage costs remain separate.

Individual services

You can buy a website, customer chatbot, personal Jarvis Assistant setup or social media strategy individually. Each service has its own agreed scope, price, payment terms, delivery schedule and any third-party costs in the quote. Individual services do not automatically include full-package add-ons or use a first-20 package allocation.

Additional pages and other extras

The standard page allowances are three for Business Refresh and two for Idea to Launch. The first-20 bonus adds three pages within the same agreed design and using your supplied or approved content, giving six and five pages respectively. The bonus adds page builds; extra copywriting, custom design, complex features and integrations are separately quoted. Pages beyond your agreed total, extra revisions and support beyond the included first month are charged separately. We discuss your needs and negotiate the scope and price with you before any additional work starts. Your written proposal records what is included and what costs extra.

Running costs and account ownership

The listed fee includes any VAT applicable to that service fee; the proposal confirms the tax treatment. Domain, hosting, any required ChatGPT plan, chatbot AI usage and connected-app subscriptions are separate. We itemise full initial and ongoing costs before you decide. There is no mandatory agency retainer.

You control your ChatGPT and connected business accounts, including sign-in, billing and permissions. A connection must be compatible with your actual accounts before we agree the package. We do not count a disconnected instruction file as the promised connected setup. Please don’t send passwords through the enquiry form.

What a digital launch does not include

Company formation, banking, licences, tax or legal advice, trademark clearance, product sourcing and business-plan funding applications are outside this service. We help prepare the agreed digital assets; we do not set up every legal, financial or operational part of a business.

Custom applications, ecommerce or ordering systems, payment/POS integration, complex CRM work, custom-built integrations, unattended inbox monitoring, autonomous outbound messaging, live booking or payment-taking by the chatbot, voice reception, filming, ad spend, ongoing business operation and social publishing are also outside the setup fee. Additional work needs a separate agreed scope and price.

Content, timing and acceptance

You supply information and content you have permission to use, approve the brief and factual copy, and provide access through your own accounts. Dates depend on the agreed work, available delivery slots and receiving the necessary assets and access. The proposal explains ownership, third-party licences and the delivery schedule.

Completion means the agreed pages and enquiry/link route have been checked, Jarvis Assistant demonstrates the agreed workflows and connection, the website chatbot is checked against its approved FAQs and handoff, and the agreed social materials and handover are delivered. New features, a different business idea or an additional revision require a separate agreement.

Results and examples

No number of sales, customers, search rankings or social followers is guaranteed. The interactive service examples use prepared content to explain the offer. They are illustrative demonstrations, not client testimonials, live account connections or guarantees of outcomes. Your delivered setup is agreed and tested against your own requirements.
