Can I start with just an idea?
Yes. Bring one idea and a rough description of who it is for. Idea to Launch begins with a 30-minute clarity session covering your audience, first offer, proposed price and next step for customers. You receive a one-page launch brief and up to 700 words of draft website copy.
Do I need a name, logo or website already?
No website or finished business plan is needed. You choose and approve a working name before we build. We can use a simple text-based design if you don’t have branding yet. Custom logo design, photography and name clearance need a separate quote.
What exactly is Jarvis Assistant?
An AI assistant set up in your own ChatGPT account with your business information, reference documents and one compatible tool connection. You can ask it to prepare quotes, customer replies and daily plans. You review the results and approve external actions. We show you how to use it during handover.
What does the first month of support include?
The founder is on standby 24 hours a day for the first 30 days after your site launches. Get answers, guidance and troubleshooting for your agreed website, Jarvis Assistant and social materials. Both full packages include this at no extra charge. New features and ongoing done-for-you work are separately quoted.
Can I buy just one service?
Yes. A website, website chatbot, Jarvis Assistant or social strategy can be quoted individually. You choose the scope; we agree the price, payment terms and any support before you commit. The first-20 discount and page bonus apply to qualifying full packages.
What costs extra, and when do I pay?
Domain, hosting, ChatGPT, chatbot usage and connected-app subscriptions are separate and itemised before you decide. Business Refresh and individual services use the payment terms in your quote. Idea to Launch is 50% upfront and 50% after approval, before launch. No mandatory agency retainer.
Does this include company registration?
The package prepares your digital presence and tools. Company formation, banking, licences and tax or legal advice are outside its scope. We agree an available start date, requirements and delivery schedule before you commit.
